Amy of Mother Nature Birth Services offers mother-centered natural childbirth preparation classes as well as breastfeeding, newborn care, sibling preparation, and private classes. She also offers doula support for a limited number of clients and provides in-home breastfeeding support to mothers in Albany, Berkeley, and El Cerrito.

Classes are offered in the following formats:
* Six week course meeting one evening per week
* Two day intensive course
* Private classes
